missions
a shinobi's duty
missions are duties assigned to ninja in order to fulfill a certain purpose. it could be for the growth of a village or to further oneself personally. as such, they might as well be considered essential for a ninja, because completing missions is needed for further development as a shinobi.
types of missions:
- village missions - plot missions that effect the status of a village. failure comes with consequences that vary in severity.
- repeatable missions - regular missions that can be taken more than once.
- custom missions - created by members to further personal plot or for more interesting action. repeatable or plot-related.
- crime missions - taken on by missing-nin or anyone trying to become a missing-nin.
mission ranks:
- e-rank - assigned to students. no risk.
- d-rank - assigned to genin and up. little to no risk.
- c-rank - assigned to chuunin and up. minimal risk.
- b-rank - assigned to special jounin and up. greater risk.
- a-rank - assigned to jounin and up. high risk.
- s-rank - assigned to only the most experienced. chance of death is very high.
if you are of a low rank but wish to take on higher ranking missions, you may embark on the mission as long as you are in the company of an experienced ninja who holds a rank adequate for the mission.
mission rewards:
- e-rank - 1 ninja point, 10-15 ryo
- d-rank - 3 ninja points, 20-80 ryo
- c-rank - 5 ninja points, 90-150 ryo
- b-rank - 7 ninja points, 180-300 ryo
- a-rank - 10 ninja points, 320-400 ryo
- s-rank - 15 ninja points, 500-1000 ryo
if you abort a mission, you acknowledge that you will not be able to receive any of the rewards that come with the success of a mission.
